The Space

A renovated former garage with smart, modern finishes. The home retains its original concrete floors, while everything else has been thoroughly updated. Thoughtfully designed with cozy touches throughout, the space feels comfortable and homey for extended stays, relocations, or month-long visits to Asheville. Enjoy a spacious one-bedroom layout with an open-concept living room and kitchen, a bar-style dining counter overlooking the yard, a dedicated workspace, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen features casual bar seating rather than a traditional dining table.

The home offers high-speed internet and convenient access to downtown Asheville, restaurants, coffee shops, and nearby highways. The fully fenced outdoor space is great for pets and relaxing outside. The home is located near a main road, so guests will experience daytime traffic noise. Due to the corner-lot location, the patio and yard are partially visible from the street.

Guest Access

Enjoy the entire home and large fenced-in yard! There is a parking pad with space for two vehicles.

Other Things to Note

If you are bringing a pet, there is a $50 pet fee. The maximum number of pets allowed is 2. Please clean up after your pets in the yard and discard pet waste in the trash bin. We provide a starter set of supplies to help you settle in comfortably. While these essentials are meant to get you started, you may need to restock depending on the length of your stay.

We also own the property next door and operate it as a short-term rental through Airbnb. If you have friends or family visiting during your stay, we’re happy to offer a friends & family rate of $100/night for stays of one week or less, based on availability. Have your guests book through Airbnb first, then message us after booking so the rate can be adjusted.

If you’d like to request early check-in or late check-out, please message us as soon as possible. Approval depends on our cleaning schedule and availability. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
